Imagine believing that every speck of energy that comprises the universe suddenly came into existence without any cause or explanation.
Imagine believing that 13.8 billion years ago, also without any cause or explanation, all of this matter suddenly exploded outward, governed solely by the laws of physics which had somehow come into existence, again without any cause or explanation.
Imagine demanding that people who don’t believe that the universe is causeless and meaningless must use logic (the laws of which apparently came to exist, once more, without any cause or explanation) to prove that the universe had a Creator.
Now imagine being provided with logical proof that the universe has a Creator and saying, “That can’t be true because sometimes children get cancer.”
These are the people who think that the Creationist’s views are irrational.
Matthew 5:45
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
The laws God put into place affect us all, children also. But also that death can bring about great change or a better life for other children (think of all the foundations or awareness’ created by parents of deceased children) yes it is a tragedy, but even in tragedy goodness can be found if one looks.
